I have been breeding Netherland dwarfs for the past 5 years, but I have only been showing them for the past 3 years. I started off with some really fine-boned otters but I worked my way on up quite quickly to shaded and shaded martens which I had for 4 years. I believe if I had kept going with some of the stock I had with the purchase of a new excellent buck, I could've had some of the best shaded in the Northwest. However, I was getting tired of the occassional mismatched toenail and all the seals I would get. I decided that if I ever got back into dwarfs that I would focus on REWs so I wouldn't have to worry about color. Well now here I am and I am building up my herd slowly again. I kept a REW doe out of my shaded line because I liked her enough and she has a little bit of Coin/Nelson and Imported rabbits behind her. I brouight home a tiny little buck who needs more mass and bone, but he is well put together. I just need that bone in there and I can get started. You can see my Netherland Dwarfs below.

Any dwarf with the name " Moore's " before it's callname was born here. We are home to the Moore Netherland Dwarf!

Dam: REW Import

This little guy was basically given to me. He's such a sweet bunny. He's out of condition right now so he doesn't look too hot in his pictures, but I plan on bringing him back and see what he can do later in the year. He has a great head on him for his size and age. He has nice hindquarters, although it's a little hard to feel them since he's not in flesh right now. I like his little ears too. I wish he had more bone and mass to him as well as wider, deeper shoulders, but they aren't bad and I'm sure they will come as he grows. I am waiting on his pedigree, but he is out of 2 REW imports that have REW all the way behind him. He's a cutie!

Moore's Desert Rose :: Ruby-Eyed White Sr. Doe :: # 19
DOB: July 30th, 2006
Sire: Moore's Going Extreme
Dam: Moore's Pudge

Show Winnings:
1/27/07 NWCYC Winter Show - BOB (leg!)
Rose is a very nice doe. To start off, things that I would like to change on her are her ears big time. They balance, but they are set too far back, need to be more round and open. She is also long in her mid-section. I'd like to see more solid, wider shoulders. Otherwise, I really do like this doe. She has a great little chubby head with good width and a nice full hindquarter. She has good depth to her as well. We'll see how she continues to grow since she has those slow-growing imports in her. She is the only kid that is showable that we have out of her sire, who was the only kit out of the CM's Oasis x CM's Tonic pairing. So Rose is pretty special.
